i don't know a single thing about the anvil brand except that some form of anvil still exists and they do not make overalls anymore. for some reason denim collectors go nuts for them, especially when they are deadstock children's overalls. i bought these years ago, long before my model olen was even a gleam in my eye. the great thing about these is that they are made exactly like adult models with every detail being scaled down to fit the infant pattern, except for the buttons, button holes, strap buckles, and label. unfortunately, they are not very practical as they have no snaps on the legs' inseams, and redressing olen in these overalls four to eight times a day after a diaper change would be a total pain in the ass. they do, however, make for great pictures.
